Tony Nguyen raised to 4,000 on the button, and Bill Acerra made the call in the small blind. Rustin Kreider defending his big blind, and the flop hit the felt.

Acerra led out for 8,500, producing a quick fold fro Kreider. Nguyen followed with a fold, and Acerra collected the pot.

David Kelton's stack was in the middle from under the gun, and at risk after Lisa Mlot moved all in on his left. The rest of the table folded, and the hands were turned up.

Kelton was in great shape, but the flop brought some chop outs. Mlot picked up more split pot options on the turn, calling for a deuce on the river.

The dealer answered her call, as the hit the table. Kelton was left chopping the pot, and was sent to the rail a short time later.

Brown told the table that he was expecting to see his pocket aces cracked, which looked to be the case after the left him behind a set of kings.

The table then reacted as the turn put Brown back in front with a set of his own. The river changed nothing, as Brown held to score the knockout.

After three days of action at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas in June, the 2025 Bar Poker Open Vegas World Championship came to a close with Ron Fienberg claiming victory, taking home a six-figure payday of $100,000 and title of BPO Champion. The final day saw only eight players return from a field that started with 1,223 competitors, all gunning for a piece of the $335,375 prize pool.

Fienberg came into the final table as the overwhelming chip leader and never slowed down, eliminating four out of his seven opponents. He finished the job by defeating Bryan Keefer in a short heads-up match to capture the biggest score of his life. Representing his home league - KOntenders Poker USA, the North Carolina resident shared his excitement following the big win.

"Its amazing, it's just everything I dreamed of. Every bar poker open player wants to get here and I cant believe I'm the one here today. I'm stunned and amazed but very, very happy."

Slade Edmonds checked the flop from the small blind, and Anthony Lobue followed with a check in early position. Tommy Genova fired a bet of 5,000 on the button, which was quickly raised to 15,000 by Edmonds.

Lobue then four-bet by moving all in for around 60,000, and Genova folded. Edmonds took some time before sliding in the call.

Edmonds looked resigned to his fate as Lobue turned over trip jacks. The dealer delivered the turn and river, giving Lobue a full house to survive and double up.

Three-way action on the flop saw the big blind check to Luis Prince in middle position. Prince fired out a bet of 15,000, and David Shepherd the moved all in for 51,000. The big blind folded, and Prince stuck in the call.
